Meadow irrigation project

An irrigation system is being constructed on city-owned property in the Meadow along South White Mountain Road (SR260).  Residents and motorists will see piping and construction equipment while the system is installed.  In addition, the land will be reshaped (leveled) and pasture grass replanted to allow the Meadow to return to a more original, natural state.  The city is committed to retain the Meadow’s verdant character in perpetuity on the property it owns for current and future generations to enjoy.  The project should be completed by mid September.
